User-initiated maintenance tasks that are too long-running to be part of Daily Tasks. Run them on your own schedule — typically when you can leave the machine working uninterrupted (evening or weekend). Each task below is independent; you can run one without the other.
Retrains Hidden Markov Models for every symbol in your database. The Markov regime data, MSS regime component, and Markov Edge values you see throughout the system are produced by Viterbi decoding against these models — when the models are stale, those derived metrics drift out of date. Daily Tasks does not retrain; it only decodes against the existing models.
